Our mission is to reduce the amount of Solid Waste generated by Howard County residents going into landfills, and to educate the public on a variety of environmental issues

Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 4:00PM (or by appointment)
We generally take lunch from 11:30AM to 12:30PM
If the office is locked we have run a quick errand and will be back shortly
